The Republicans in the House today discovered that Ministers & Priests who are private contractors for the military have been furloughed. Surprise ! Oh snap ! Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-TN, just made the utterly outrageous claim that if they say the rosary or utter a prayer on base they would be arrested.
